VanillaSoft is ideal for our business. Everyone in the organization uses it. We make high-volume calls and outbound emails, and VanillaSoft's interface makes it streamlined and effective for day-to-day operations. The administrative options to set up different programs are terrific and allows us to customize as needed. The system makes admin functions a breeze.

It is being used just by the sales department. It helps with cold calling, managing sales leads, appointment setting, and also helps with keeping leads hot with thorough notes taking to allow passing leads from one caller to another or to the actual sales person themselves. It is really effective in helping with outbound and inbound sales.

If you have an outbound marketing team (especially virtual assistant) it is definitely great to have this! I own my insurance agency, and am president/CEO (chief everything officer). VanillaSoft is everything I didn't know I needed in a dialer/CRM system. Intellectual routing takes the thinking out of dialing leads. It's a one click call then next lead. It makes me more efficient and increased my productivity 10x. In a business of volume, more dials equals more profitability.

Our entire office is using VanillaSoft. We have an in-house call center and we are using the online software to track and manage our calling process. We are also using the VOIP phones to make the calls as well. VanillaSoft allows us to easily track our outbound calling performance in an easy and efficient way.

  • Managing the user licenses can be a little confusing.
Our company conducts market research fieldwork. We use VanillaSoft to reach out to business professionals and convince them to participate in our paid research studies. This software is well suited for companies that are looking to increase their outbound call productivity, whether it be in a sales, telemarketing, or market research environment. I'm not sure how successful or useful VanillaSoft would be for inbound calling.

We've been using VanillaSoft for email campaigns to attract potential attendees to a series of technology webinars hosted by major tech companies that we help implement.
  • Makes it easy to load contact lists and messages.
  • Enables smooth, continuous transmission of messages.
  • Occasionally forced sign-out and need to sign in again to continue the process.
  • Would benefit by installing an automatic clicker to save time and manual labor.
VanillaSoft handles campaigns of all sizes equally well, but those with several thousand contacts may have to be paused at intervals for smooth operation. If work is being done manually, large campaigns can become tiring.
